Default 3200 flawless miles in 9 days

Just got home from a great road trip in our '07 coupe with 60K miles on it. Longest driving leg was 740 miles and they were comfortable and (except for the thunderstorms and torrential downpours outside of Salt Lake City), weather was generally great! Oh, well except for the foggy and rainy morning in the Grand Canyon!)

This is our 2nd long trip in this C6 (first one was during the 2009 NCC, where we covered 6,240 miles in 2 weeks). The C6 is a GREAT and comfortable car for long trips and never let anyone tell you otherwise!

Anyway, here's a shot Standin' On A Corner In Winslow Arizona"

And one in Bryce Canyon:

Grand Canyon:

I LOVE my C6

Sweet trip. We just did a mild trip up to Michigan and back in our 05'. The C6 is a great tripper. I averaged 28mpg as well.

Funny you mention that.

I just totaled up my figures and came up with 28 MPG average for the trip

Starting mileage - 59,324
Ending mileage - 62,140
Total mileage - 2,816 (ok, I was wrong in the thread title! )
total gallons used - 101.131 (based on receipts)

Average MPG - 27.845

(guess my GS front end conversion didn't kill my mileage as much as I first thought!)

You should have stepped on the "go pedal" a little more and the gas MPG's would have plummited.

Looks like an awesome trip!

What an awesome trip. Two school years and a summer and I plan on taking some trips like that.
