Default Has Superlifts screwed anyone else out of money?

I ordered a new lift in May. Had a used lift delivered to me on May, 27 which I sent back. I have been promised a refund of my money weekly since that time. Haven't received it yet. A new excuse every week

Just FYI. Buyer beware!!!!

I purchased my lift from Superlifts on the advice of my boss who had two lifts that he had purchased from them several years prior. I ordered the exact same lift from them he had, and the quality of my unit was not the same level as his. When the lift arrived, they had forgot to send the motor. Long story short, I just did not get a good feeling dealing with this company. i would not buy another lift from Superlifts...

Hmm. Strange as I've been using a four post lift I purchased from these guys for nearly ten years now, and the qualities top notch. They even sent me a few bolt lock safety brackets later without me asking. Be aware, they also sell a cheaper budget model, so maybe the one mentioned. In my case, almost ten years, so not sure whats going on now.

What's going on now is they are taking more than 2 months to give me my money back and have a new excuse every week as to why they haven"t mailed it yet.

I had problems with them a couple of years ago. Same thing, promises but no action. Finally filed a complaint with the BBB and got the refund I was owed. Document everything and stay after them. I will not use them again.

Good luck!

For 3 grand I'd be driving to Missouri with murder in my heart... I would not let that amount of money slide!

Funny, the blurb on the site says that doing right by the customer is their primary goal.... I guess like many other companies these days they talk about how important customer service is after they have failed to provide it.....I suggest everyone take time to email them and remind them how many Corvette owners have lifts......

I've heard
-owner out of town for daughters wedding for two weeks
- will mail out Monday a few times
- owner is out of town and is only one who can sign a check
- one owner is in the hospital and the other owner will be back in the office in an hour to sign it

- I'll put it in the mail myself this afternoon

Now they have a recording that ey are closed due to one of the owners having an accident

Do I believe this? Not sure, but the first 9 weeks have been full of B.S.
