I recently helped a friend install a PAL2 ipod adapter in his 2009 Vert. The unit and custom plug-and-play harness were purchased from supporting vendor Kawal (Ray). I wanted to take a moment to thank Ray and to let everyone know how great this guy is! I had a few issues (primarily user-error) during the installation. Ray was simply outstanding with his help. Response time was amazing. Customer service and technical knowledge were fantastic. I must say, we are very lucky to have a vendor of this caliber contributing to this forum.

Just when you think good customer service is dead......someone like Ray comes along and completely blows you away with fantastic service!!

Ray is the best. He was of great help advising me on a project for my '08 that I doubt I would have gotten through successfully with out his guidance.
