I'll be 60 in one month. Sorry, but that fact and all the beautiful young women I'd like to thump are making me feel old...but fortunately I'm retired and in great health so am enjoying myself (for an old geezer...geez)

Interesting! A skewed-normal histogram proving once again that I am over the hill!!!

With ~60% of Corvette owners over 50 years old, ignoring them would cause the demise of the brand. The G/S stands for Geezer Special.

Mine too! I am told by those that are not my kids that I look younger than my age. I will leave it at that as a lady never tells her age.

I just bought my first Vette a few months ago. It was a couple of weeks after my 21st birthday. I worked like hell to pay for it but its defiantly worth it.

Will be 43 this time next week. I don't worry about the age though. To me it's not about quantity of life, but rather quality of life and right now I have a pretty good quality of life.

I'm 63 and on my 4th Corvette, drove 210 mph in a Lamborghini Gallardo, and got my Pilots License and Instrument Rating recently. So you're never too old to have fun and enjoy life. A Corvette is symbolic of not giving in to the stuffiness of old age.

Bought mine at 29, still 30 for another six months. Wish the older rich dudes would quit supporting inflated pricing though..... who makes an affordable two seat v8 sportscar anymore? I don't need electronics to drive for me....my reflexes still work lol.

People often claim a Corvette is an old persons car. Not so, the reality is most of us can only afford one later in life, but wanted one for decades. Maybe that is a good thing? I can remember driving in a 1964 Corvette when I was 7 years old, admired them from that day forward, & it was only until this week at age 54 I finally got one.

Regarding young owners, a friend once told me about teenagers & cars; "many things can happen with teenagers & cars & most of those things are not good".
