Default Crossed Flag Embroidery on Headrests - Good Option?

Are the Crossed Flag Embroidery on Headrests worth it?

Any opinions? Pics?

Does it look nice, add / subract, wear well; better with certain colors?

Im ordering ebony,

I love the Cross Flags, and feel it adds a racing lineage to interior.

I am debating b/w that and the Leather embroidered console; doing both might be much?

I've read people with the embroidered center console say the threading gets dirty looking and that it's not terribly comfortable for your arm.

If possible, find a dealer with those options on a car and try it out first.

It's less than the option cost of $300 to get new covers with the embroidery after the fact and then you have a spare set

These are my seats. Got the crossed flags on two tone seats but not the leather embroidered console. No particular reason - it was on the lot...

If you own a GS, you may want to wait until the "Grand Sport" logo is available. I checked a few weeks ago, and at that time was not yet availble.

Looks like water, look at the roof stowed in the rear of the car.

They look nice but I opted not to get it because it would be a dirt magnet.

I custom ordered a GS, and I wanted the cross flags and ebony interior (personally not a fan of two tone). After a 12K miles of daily driving mine still look brand new. I don't really ever lean my head back into them though. I personally think they are a nice touch....I don't know about worth the money, but a very nice touch. I personally was not interested in any Grand Sport logo....it's just words in a type font, nothing special to me....the flags are part of a heritage that I really like.

Plain is probably OK too, but to me they are a nice touch and also the only place they are displayed on the interior (besides on the nav screen when it's off).

It looks more like sleet or very small hail stones starting to melt.

It was raining that day - doing that a lot lately...

Best pic I had of the crossed flags though.

I have the embroidered center (stock) and it does look dirty. I would love to get the seats done, though. After I am done with my performance mods, I want to work on the interior, and it will include new seat covers with the embroidered logo.

I opted not to do the center console for the fact it gets dirty and it does feel uncomfortable (saw one and sat in one). To compensate, I put a cross flag on the waterfall.

Can the crossed flags be added to an existing car? If Yes, how and how much? Thanks

Love the cross flags and think that they are very nice touch on the solid interiors. In fact when I was looking either the cross flags with the solid interiors or the two-tone interiors were a must have for me.
