Hmmmm....Is a TSB fixed out of warrantee? Kind of like a recall?

A TSB is not a recall. Its a note from engineering that if you encounter(technician) such a issue it this might be the fix. TSB are only warranty if the vehicle still falls in warranty guidelines. I will say unless things have changed a lot. At times and if vehicle not far out of warranty get factory to pick up the tab. As a 'known issue.

Just an update, David and AGrumpy were correct, it was the axil nuts that needed tightened. A 33mm socket and 30 seconds later and all is perfect
