Default Is Lino/Vette Candy Still Around?!

I'm posting this on the C6 section because I know most of his products were targeted for the C6.

I have a 2004 C5 and I am interested in his CF interior components. I sent him a PM over two weeks ago (no response), tried sending him another PM and it failed because his PM mailbox is full. I also called him and after 15 rings, left him a VM. I also sent an email to his Yahoo address and then lastly submitted a contact request through the DSV website which I believe he still partners with.

No responses...

Yes, I just talked to DSV last night and ordered some 'stuff'.

Not sure if it was Lino or Gerardo.

Call them at 956-238-4713

Thanks. I will try them again. I just hate working this hard to buy stuff.

Yeah, it's a strange situation. I'm among many here who've bought a ton of stuff from DS Vettes. Their quality and customer service are exemplary. Having said that, I've sent them numerous emails and PMs that they've never responded to. I don't get it.

They're probably on vacation. It is that time of year right now.

Given their level of craftsmanship and customer service (they helped me with something, and they handled it superbly), it's almost worth working hard for their products. They are top notch.

I know they've been super busy lately. Might try them after around 1 pm or sometimes at night. They are always there working.

you might have better luck calling them at night. They work a lot at night so they may not be available during the day (sleeping)

I have called on Saturday afternoon and Sundays and got Lino on the phone.

They are definitely worth the wait and a little extra effort to keep calling.

unfortunately, I do agree.

but in their favor, the products and care given is outstanding, as well as the delivery times. the trouble is just as in this short thread: when you want something a little different or special, you can't just speak to anyone, or a telephone sales rep. you need lino or gerardo, and there's only two of them.

I could say they could take on an internet or telephone person, but I'd bet that many orders are slightly custom, slightly special and require someone who knows what the products are in detail and how they are made so they can meet the special requests. that takes money, time, ingenuity, creativeness, etc.

Yes, I have found that calling after 6:00 PM EST usually gets a response and sometimes I will call several times.

I just talked to Lino again last night. I had called him earlier but did not leave a message and he called me back because he saw that he had missed my call.

Top notch guys and products!

Pretty soon my interior will be a rolling advertisement for their products.

I do the same thing, I don't know if they have me programmed into their phones but they know who I am when I call.
