Default Queen Riding On Your Corvette, would ya ?

A good friend of mine asked if i would be willing to let the County queen and king ride on the Corvette for a 45 min parade. They lost their normal Corvette driver. I am not too keen on having 350 pounds sitting above the convertible top storage area. I thought maybe he could sit on the seat and she could be up top. I worry that the weight could mess up the power top operation. Anybody do this ? Am i crazy ? Thoughts

Jesus you guys are hardcore ****. You just put a cloth or blanket up there. Unless they decide to get their freak on up there everything should be fine.

Queen----One ride deserves another ( this is contingent that the 350lbs remark wasn't just referring to her)

King-----get steppin'

Not wanting someone sliding around on our paint is "hardcore ****"? Sorry, but I'm not an attention *****. I don't need to be seen in my Corvette with some babe sitting on it.

I'd sure have to think twice about that much weight up there.

I had 2 beauty queens riding on the top of my 67 vert, but their total weight was probably more like 250 lbs. That parade lasted about 30 minutes.

Absolutely not. You are ultimately responsible for them and your car while they are sitting on there. 350 pounds is a lot of weight for the convertible top cover. If something goes wrong, you'll have to pay for it yourself.

I don't own a convertible and have not really looked at their setup. Can the top handle 350 pounds without any type of damage?

A C6 Vert could never support that much weight...

I remember a bar in Ohio that advertised 1000 pounds of gogo girls. There were only 3, but the place was always packed just to watch.

People throw hard candy around at parades. I did this 25 years ago. Never again.
