Kudos to Discount Tire!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was driving home today and heard a tick,tick, tick in my rear drivers side tire. Figured it was a rock because the DIC wasn't giving me any warnings. Well of course when I get home a big old rusty spike is the problem. Call Discount tire and ask if they fix runflats and how much. They say yes and $35. Take my tire off and run over there and when I get ready to pay the guy says no charge this ones on us. I must have given him a strange look because he said "next time you need tires just remember us". So I thanked him, gave him a tip, and said have a pizza on me. Great customer service. They will be getting my future business.

I've had very good experiences with them too. Had a rear fixed a few weeks ago. No charge. I do buy all of my tires there but it's still great service. They are good with run-flats too.

That is the only place I have bought tires at for over 20 years.

Discount Tire is aces in my book. They've done all kinds of freebies for me and they give me ridiculously low prices to mount new track tires (if they charge me at all). I know a couple guys that work for DT...they said the primary owner of Discount Tire stresses great service and good customer relations. He knows one good deed can make a customer for life!

That is impressive!. I'll have to check around and see if there is one in my area. Then I'll check their prices and kick myself for not finding them 2 weeks ago!!

Glad to hear that they are ok by you. Our stores around here could use an attitude adjustment. I get better service from my local Firestone dealer in Mansfield.

I too have always gotten the best service from them. Tons of freebies and have replaced tires for me under their hazard warranty even though the tires didn't actually have the warranty. They simply charged me the 30 dollars for another warranty for the new tire.
