At the metal clip on the frame, the connection is separated by 2 wrenches. 1 to hold the other to turn. You can pop the clip out with a screwdriver to get at the joint. The locking clip is just on the back side of the frame mount. It looks like a folded piece of metal. Lift it out and the brake line will come toward you and you can wrench it.

You should use tubing wrenchs to avoid damage to the fittings.

Here's what usually work for me: Use a pair of channel locks to grip and hold the bottom hard line nut in place. This will also help prevent the lines from twisting. With the channel locks on the bottom, use the correct size flare wrench to crack the upper line to the caliper loose. Once you've broken the upper nut loose, remove the metal clip that secures bith lines to the car. The rest is easy. Remove the rubber plug from the bleed screw on the caliper and use it to cover the now opened hard line on the frame. That will help prevent any additional lost of brake fluid while you attach the new hose to the caliper.
