Default free oil after rebate

Pennzoil is offering a full price rebate on a case of Pennzoil racing VR1 synthetic oil. Check their website fir all the info.

Their site doesn't say whether it meets GM 4718M or not, but according to the info that is there, it only comes in 20W50 and 10W30, neither of which is spec'd by GM for the C6.

And I'm assuming that you mean Valvoline and not Pennzoil.

My bad - yes it is valvoline. The site lists all the places you can get it - most of the large auto parts stores.

A quick Google search shows some UOA's and reviews on Bob the Oil Guy looked pretty positive, especially for boosted engines.

Not exactly free, as they're getting getting your personnal information on the the cheap. Don't do it.

I did it. $53.00 worth of oil for $3.00. I'll use it in my wife's Olds Intrigue. It calls for 10W30. Almost 9 bucks a quart!

If they have to pony up a case of motor oil to get each person's personal info, they will go broke fast.
