Abnormal noise when I get in the car and press the brake pedal

As soon as I get in car before do anything, when I press the brake pedal I hear this click, click, click noise coming from the front panel . Hope is not one of my modifications.

sure its not the pads contacting the rotors?

No. The car is not started, just sit on and press brake pedal before started and the click come on.

If its on the passegers side it is the relay switch.
