Do all of the transparent targa tops come tinted a black appearance from the outside of the car? Also anyone no if the ones on sale at gm warehouse come plug and play, no need to switch rubber over?

Yes, they are tinted. The top is complete with all hardware.

FWIW, there is no better deal to be had on new clear tops than the one being offered by GM Parts House, period. You will never do better than Gene Culley, and that's fact.

AFAIK, all the transparent C5/C6 tops have a blue tint that looks black from outside. At first, I didn't like the blue. But it really makes clouds look awesome, and
"The sky is always blue when driving our Corvette."


BTW, there are some sources selling new transparent tops without hardware, there is a thread here from a guy who bought one and switched his hardwarre. A phone call to the supplier can tell you for sure.
