Best comment on your vette.......
Driving my son's 2009 black on ebony ZO6 on a Sunday morning. A really cute girl is hitchhiking. I don't pick up hitchhikers! Anyway, I picked her up. Now here is the part I need you to believe. I am a devout Christian and so started telling her how dangerous it was for a girl her age and beauty to be hitchhiking.......that I thought she should be more careful.
She looks over at me and says. My God, this is the sexiest car I have ever been in......it really turns me on.....followed by a big smile.
I let her out at the next light realizing that driving a ZO6 might be more dangerous for the driver than the hitchhiker. I wish I had been 25 and single!

Had the very tall, extremely hot, tanned, brunette at the local video store tonight, tell me my car was Damn Sexy! Had to refrain from telling her the same!

Safety Car
Being as though I've only owned the car a week.. so far my best compliment is from an old couple at Hardees who were absolutely in love with it. Driving the car home, I had only had keys for about 2 hours. I stopped to take a break and get something to eat. But I swear they were staring at it harder than I was.
I never really looked at the chick angle on getting a Vette. But if the stories you guys are saying is true. Then life just keeps better with this car!

Yesterday I was out driving and had a guy in a cube truck say. "damn that b&^#h is bad, how fast does it go". I replied 186mph, but I wouldn't do it though. Also i always get the question of "what year is this?, its so clean.

gal behind the counter says "oh, that's you're car! Were all talking about it!" while they all start nodding.
An gal (60s) in the line next to me says "that's a sexy convertible.. you must get all the girls!"
I said "I'm married..."
She says "Oh, well I bet you get your wife then!"
I said "well, I wish at least one those was true..."

I've had a couple of nice people take the time to compliment me on my Vette, but I really get a kick out the kids who give me a "thumbs up" as I drive by.
I remember doing the same thing when I was a kid, and remember how awesome it felt when I got a "thumbs up" in return, so I always wave back or return the thumbs up.

I had a guy in a Prowler slow down and call out " nice ride " to me in a restaurant parking lot. He had a good looking woman with him at the time, as did I (my wife). I thought it was rather kool of him to do so as he had definitely spent some time shining up his car. Its too bad Plymouth didn't give that car the drivetrain it needed, I like the looks of them - but not enough "grunt"
