Everyone loves a vette PIC right?
How about 40 vette PICS
here are a couple pics from our local auto x. The silver coupe is mine there are not that many pics of it. The red z06 is a buddy of mine and the silver GS belongs to an out of town couple it was the first time i saw them attend 1 of our clubs events.

Driving a Corvette the way it was engineered and designed to be driven. Was it an SCCA SOLO event? Only one of the cars were numbered. It's a great way to spend the weekend. You get to learn the capablities of your car. Driving at wide open throttle, fast breaking, quick steering and back to wide open throttle again in a safe and structured enviornment. No better way to bond with your Vette.

I would assume that the GS owner uses the wing for road racing, not really necessary at an autox event.
additionally in scca the wing would take in out of the super stock class and put it in ASP class were the pax is different.
