Whats with this beeping GS?
I can not hear beeping sounds. However, my wife can.
We took a trip in the GS this weekend and she keepm saying "it just beeped again". Nothing on the message center.
Now I can hear the dinging sound it makes if you don't put your seat belt on, orthe turn signal stays on. She says it is not that sound, but a beep.
All gauges read good, plenty of gas, etc. Any GS owners that can hear this and know why?

Do you have a clear top? If so you might notice the UFO overhead trying to figure out what high tech device these humans have invented now.

Happened with different car
When we had a 2006 Z4 my wife heard similar beeping. I never heard it. One day after she said she heard the beeping I mentioned dogs can hear things beyond the abilities of humans. The beeping went away.

Ha! Reminds me of a funny story...
On the maiden voyage after taking delivery a couple weeks ago the wife and I were driving away going to get some lunch.
I must have pressed the oil guage button.. I heard a beep, looked at the console and saw the oil pressure values flashing. I Was coming to a stop and it kept dropping, and dropping and dropping and I thought "Oh no! It's a warning already and I'm losing oil pressure fast!!!!"
Then reality clicked in when I used to love to watch the oil pressure guage on my other cars when I hammered on it (especially when cold) and watch it shoot up, then back down....
I honestly damn near had a heart attack though... haha... thinking there would be a pool of oil following us.

Maybe you should swap places and let her drive. Sometimes there are noises that can't be heard on the other side of the car.

Maybe you didn't really get a GS?

Similar circumstance, my cell phone was going in and out of service and was giving a low beep each time. It was in the center console so was muted but still be faintly heard. Took me a while to figure out what the cause was. Turn off your phone if you have one with you and see if the beeping still exists.
