Default My GS was delivered today

Looks like a lot of new GS's are going to be on the road this month. Got mine today(Inferno Orange Coupe....pictures to come), 3 miles on the clock and going to Kerrville for an art show tomorrow. Still sorting out all of the things the car will do and that is a lot. But, I was struck by how cheap the floor mats are on a $73,000+ car, I don't get that with Chevrolet's flagship vehicle. Looks like I have a few things to buy now to help GM out with the details.

The car came from Classic Chevrolet in Houston(Sugarland), Joe Machacek was the salesman and Mark Kolon is the General Sales Manager. Both of these guys bent over backward to do everything I wanted and I got a heck of a deal. They allowed me to be there for the stripe application to be sure they went on just like I wanted. If you are looking for a new Vette, do not buy until you have let Joe and Mark have a shot.

Can't wait until tomorrow and a couple of hundred miles!!!!

Congrats, you'll love the GS, Cyber Gray coupe here. The mats, check out the Lloyds GS logo mats, they're larger and much better quality than the stock mats, under $150.

congrats! got my inferno orange gs last saturday..loving it. my only major gripes thus far are the lack of support for the mylink app, lack of backup camera or backup sensors and the cheapo floor mats! love the color though..im happy i went with inferno orange and cashmere interior.

congrats! I agree about the floor mate, but I don't care as the only thing down there are my feet and I don't look down there.

Get the Weather-Tech floor mats. They fit perfect, have turned up edges to keep the dirt off your carpets and are a breeze to vacuum.

Wow, 73k for a grand sport.

You could have gotten a 1LZ Z06 w/Z07 package for that!
