JSB is sharp... It will be missed. Last year at a large local car show (with MANY beauties), I walked back to stare at a JSB/gs with comp greys like 5 times! What a cool color!!!

I think it has more to do with cutting back on costs than popularity.

Welcome to last year's news flash. I never liked that color anyway.

I think they are planning on using the Supersonic Blue to replace JSB.

It's a drab blue at best and really should be called supersonic grey IMO.

Stats are stats. If you look near the bottom code 85U, only 7.9% of Corvettes built in 2010 were Jetstream Blue. I like the color but it would not be my first choice.

Agreed.....love or hate JSB, at least it POPPED. It's a loud color and replacing it with the bastard child of it and Cyber Grey kind of sucks IMO.

If you're going to spend upwards of $50K on a new corvette, you should be able to choose from muted colors OR bright colors.

I agree, IN PERSON a clean JSB car has a "wow" factor to a lot of people. This is coming from a guy who LOVES dark blues...

IMO it was too feminine. Ive seen SSB in person and it didnt appeal to me either. Neither did Torch Red or Inferno Orange.

Chevy needs to bring back Lemans Blue and Atomic Orange or DSOM, alll nice colors. A Ferrari or blood red also, Victory Red just doesent cut it for me.

Going by that, JSB was tied with white at 7.9%, and velocity yellow was only 5.7%. So, technically if they were going by colors that dont sell, VY should have went away.

I think that GM likes to change blues quite often. Im looking forward to seeing them bring back a darker blue. Maybe electron blue.

Looks to much like "tomato" red.

There have been (seemingly) a billion threads about JSB being discontinued. And in every one, I've pointed out that I like JSB so much that I'm having my black coupe repainted JSB. Should be done by the end of this month.

So there phphphttttttt!

They are replacing with a metallic black as best I can tell.
Arctic White has sold less than 1100 C6 Z06 units TOTAL since 2006 (through the close of 2010) including the Ron Fellows Editions.

Sometimes it isn't popularity alone that kills a color.

Default Anyone know how many JSB's in 2008?

I love my 2008 JSB Coupe and get many compliments on the color, especially after a fresh coat or two of Zaino. How many JSB's were sold in 2008? The last time I looked on Kelley Blue Book, my 2008 used value got a $2000 increase for the JSB over regular colors.

After having Torch Red (04) and Victory Red (06 & 08) I must say that I am very pleased with my 10 JSB. It really does pop and it stands out from other vettes.

I was tired of being like everyone else with red or black. No offense to those owners of course.

And they need to get rid of inferno orange asap. That colors sucks big time.
