- It's Z51 - capital "Z", no hyphen.
- On the off chance that your request is a serious one, G.M. neither makes nor endorses Z51 emblems. All of the ones seen here were designed, created, and sold by independent vendors.
- Don't do it.

You know, they probably are "Licensed" as I have seen some ugly GM licensed stuff. I am going to conceded to that one, I thought originally OP meant sold by GM, and there are no Z51 emblems SOLD by GM.
