If it's in top condition (not beat on, wrecked, or ragged) that seems like a decent price.
Any room for movement on that price (don't ever leave any money on the table)?
Have you driven it?
Last (and most important) is this where you want your 30K+ to go?
If I wanted it, I would say go for it.

It seems like a good buy. Recent model, not a lot of miles. Is it from a dealer or a private individual? And did you run the Carfax (not that they're all that accurate but they help)? You can get an idea of how many owners, where it was first bought, etc.

It was the service manager’s vette, great condition. It has all the options I wanted; besides Z51 which I guess is a bonus besides the stiffer ride. This was the first vette I ever drove today! Performed great! Just a little leary on Black and wanting a Grand sport, but to be honest a gs is too much $$$ to spend since I want to move in the summer and I thought the base vette was plenty wide and awesome. Trading in my 07 base V6 mustang for $11K.

I am hoping that the 11K trade is off of the 34K vice the 08 going for 45 with 11K off for your Mustang???

Yep. You have to make that decision. Not real sure why you are asking us. You are on a Corvette forum. Everyone is going to say yes. Go ask that question on a stang forum and you will get a million no's. Its your choice alone. Good Luck. Let us know how it turns out.

There is always that buyer's remorse before purchasing something like this. Black is tough to keep clean. My current and last daily drivers were both black. Only reason I got them was the great price I paid for the vehicles. If I had a choice, I would not get black, unless it was my 2nd car or toy.
And that is a huge leap going from V6 Mustang to a LS3 vette. You will LOVE the vette and completely forget that mustang with the boat anchor for a motor.

Only you know if you like it and can afford it. If you do, and you can , go for it.

Black is a beautiful color, but a job to keep clean. You are making a huge leap up in everyway imaginable from your current car. You will love the Vette.

Unless you cannot live without Black, I would get a more manageable color. Like others have said, Black constantly needs to be kept up. There are plenty of clean used Vettes. Again, Black looks awesome unless you do not keep it up, then it looks bad. You know yourself better than others......
