Porter Cable 7424 is the most popular around here. The newer 7424XP is better and gaining popularity. Flex is probably the best.

Suggest going to autogeek.net to get educated, if you need educating. And check in the Auto Care Forum, lots of pro detailers hang out there:

Rejex with Pinnacle Souveran on top. I've tried Zaino. Rejex just seems to last longer.

I have the porter cable. I am planning on getting a flex because I do a lot of cars and the flex is more powerful.

After shopping them around, I got a Griots Garage orbital polisher for Christmas.....wont use it on the Vette though, probably on the black Crown Vic I have for work....it'll be my training vehicle befor I go after some of the other members of the fleet. I have always done my polishing/waxing by hand....thought I might try a change.

Never used it, but I'll be buying one of the Zaino kits for the spring.
