I think I have seen blue lugnuts at Autozone.
I think they are poular with the "tuner" croud.
I am not sure if they have the size you need though.

Khal@SPE is a vendor here and he sells blue lug nuts that are very close to JSB. I'm not sure you'd be able to tell the difference in person.

The blue look good when your calipers or car are blue. There is a rim dealer here with a white zr1 with black wheels.The lugs and calipers are blue .It looks real good. My friend has a gtr with the bronze colored brembos with lugs to match they look great.

I see these on Ebay all the time. Just grabbed this one albeit not the right ones for your car, just as an example. These are all aluminum which I am a little uncomfortable with....but, hey....
