You would have to have a flatbed to get in there just for storage. TRUCKE ONLY.The kind with lift suspensions. Who builds garages like that?

no, it won't scrape. Just get a 4 post life that will go up about 20' or so. make sure it has a ramp too.

I don't think anything other than a truck could be parked in that garage or even on the driveway without scraping! Looks like about a 30% grade.
Why not build the garage at grade and build the house on top of it? What a horrible design!!!!

I think I would be more worried about high siding (and getting stuck) where the drive way meets the garage floor.
