Default Battery disconnect Question for car show

Have a 1958 restomod with LS2 etc. Going to be in an indoor car show. One requirement is to disconnect battery for the 3 days of the show. Will I have any issues with computer etc after reconnecting? Would it be ok to use a quick connect/disconnect?
Thanks

I disconnect my C6 for 4-5 months in the winter with no-trickle charger, no problem. Computers have non-volatile memory for all essential software or a built-in small battery but I would be surprised if it's that type of memory in a car, either way you should have no problem unless it's a '58' computer
