You must not have a wife & kids.
I cover mine in the garage just for that reason.
I am definitely **** about my Vette, but I'm not completely sick like some people around here.
For instance, I think it's a waste of time to wash the wheel hubs.
But I do spend a lot of time shining the finished faces of the wheels, as well as the exhaust tips.

AZCANUCK, everyone here in the desert is going to know exactly what you mean. I cover my vette everyday at work and then still dust it every night. On the east coast, it's the equivalent of leaving your car outside during pollen season, especially pine!
There's no way of getting around dusting your cover unless you just want it to do the opposite and nicely coat the car in dust! Lol

Yes I do, I wash it in my regular washing machine, which is easy because I have a nylon cover.
If you have a heavy cover look for a Laundromat in your area with over sized machines.
Spray greasy spots with a purple cleaner, and add detergent to the machine and wash.
I wash mine on hot days so I can hang it on the clothesline it drys in about an hour if I turn it over a few times.
