intake question

I assume you are talking about the intake air cleaner, not the intake manifold. Don't try and save a few dollars by replacing your LS3 breather with one from a LS2. The stock OEM LS3 breather and the stock OEM Donaldson filter element are all you need for maximum flow and maximum cleaning ability. GM did a great design on the LS3/7/9 intake air cleaner and filter element. No need to get rid of it.

RE: LS2 intake manifold
The motorsports shop I had do the installation of my ported FAST had no fewer than 20 stock LS2 intakes laying around. Nobody could figure out what to do with them since they weren't worth too much and there wasn't much of a market for them.
