I have a 09 coupe manual trans. The gears go in a little rough. Do I need to take it in? Can they oil it so they can go in a little easier?

Have you changed your clutch fluid recently? Or ever?

Hello,

I do apologize that your gears are shifting a little rough. With the vehicle being a 2009, I would suggest having the dealership take a look at it while it is under warranty. If you would like any assistance setting something up, or if there is anything else I can help with, please let me know.

If they are a little rough when cold that's normal, however, it should subside quickly as the transmission warms up. If it remains rough after that then it may be something to have looked at.
