Default So what are the must sees and must do's of Carlisle

This is my first year at Carlisle, I'm only going for one complete day (Friday). I don't want to miss out on anything that is a must see. Any recommendations?

Any vendors showing new stuff? Displays etc? I'm looking to buy a bunch of stuff LMAO.

I've also noticed alot of vendors aren't going, that's a pretty poor decision IMO. I'm sure I'm not the only one going there to buy and would buy in person before buying online.

Patience at the food court, overcrowded smelly restrooms. Sun screen, light clothing.

Just come prepared to do a lot of walking, cruise all the aisles you can, I always start off going to see everything there is for sale in the car corral.

If you walk the center of each aisle you can view what is on both sides.

For me it's just a day trip a quick 110 miles away, I go to most all of the carlilse shows

Make sure you get your hand stamped before you go out.
The burgers & dogs are HALF the price of what’s inside and better quality.
I heard a rumor that the guy pays his mortgage with summer proceeds from parking and food sales at the various shows and then spends the winters in Florida.

81 South?...When?
On the way home Friday between 4 & 5PM I was heading North on 81 and then onto 78 East.
I hooked up with a blue C6 Z06 with NJ plates and a Gold C6.
We were…shall I say “moving through traffic” at a pretty good clip before I had to get off at RT412.
I normally don’t do that, but it was some good, fairly safe, but definitely fast and enjoyable run.

Probably around 8:30 a 9:00 in the morning.

Met up with a blue C6, black c5 z06. W got separated along the way but was with both cars for a considerable amou t of time.

On the way back was cruising with a JSB C6 for a good portion of the ride back.
