Wife's reaction to mods
I really got a kick out of my wife's reaction when I told her what my next mod is going to be. She was fortunate to be riding in my Vette at the time. OH NOOO she says.
Priceless, I laughed very hard at that .
What does your significant other say when you do mods?
This is only my second one. ( killer exaust, not that loud , and sway upgrades)
I dont get it , she loves the Vette and tells me "Stab it get this thing going".

Since wifey is pretty much a car girl she almost always agrees with the next mod. She hates to ride in the car when in 6th gear under load due to the drone, but no other complaints from her.

I didn't tell my wife when I ordered the Corvette and I don't go into much, if any, detail about the modifications. I just don't bother her with all that 'car stuff.' So far so good.

My wife is as big a motor head as I am so the mods are not a problem (see sig). I guess that's why we've been together for 34 years. When I first met her she was driving a 67 Camaro vert. When we got married she had a 69 Dodge Charger. It was her that got me into Vettes and we bought our first one (82 CE) in 1985. We've been with a Vette ever since.
