Default Best place for new/slightly used Rear differential unit

I'm in need of a new rear differential for my 2006 6-speed 3.42.
I'm trying to find good reliable suppliers and possibly a used one in good condition to save me some $$$.

Can anybody tell me where to look or who to call?
Thank you for your help.

Corvette Recycling. Don't know if it's "best" place but certainly really good. They have mostly used parts but also some new I think:

I would just spend the money and have it redone. So many people selling junk or stuff that is just worn out I wouldn't take the chance that you get one that already has issues. At least the corvette recycling place might give you some sort of a warranty but if it's bad you're still stuck for the labor to do it over again. I should know what my differential repair will cost sometime today. Good luck.

I don't know where you live, but this shop in Tampa does salvage work and has an excellent reputation for parts and service:
