HELP!! Problems on road trip across usa
today my customer called me from salt lake city saying he was having problems overheating. He will be in DENVER, COLORADO with in 8 hours. Im looking for anyone who has a Hi-Lo Fan Controller in the denver area.
A shop or anyone willing to part with there's he cant wait 3-5 days for one to ship to him. SO ANYONE WITH THE HI LO FAN CONTROLLER PLEASE LET ME KNOW OR CALL RASHED @ 503-888-8465
He does not think he can make it to florida with out it.
car is 2008 c6 ls3

have you tried contacting any Chevy dealers that might be in the area?? Dealers are dealers and most dont like them, but maybe they could help out in this case. Not sure if this is something they would have in stock. just a thought

Right now, I just hope he makes it to Denver and didn't do/did any damage to the engine. One dealer in SLC has service open until midnight and on Saturdays. I think it is Seiner off of I-15. Check around the Denver area for a dealer. Although now GM tends to ship on demand instead of having parts in the parts department bay. I definitely wouldn't try to make it to FL, as one bout of heavy stop and go traffic might cause serious issues for him.

try calling ahead to the biggest Chev dealers service managers. alert them to his arrival and need for part. if they got it in the metro, they'll get it to a dealer, or direct him to the right dealer.
this is called something traveling courtesy, meaning his car will go to front of service line and get worked on first. I've had this happpen for over 30 years from Nissan to Lexus, and even the Vettes.
