well I am 6'6 and wear a 40 length jean and its definetly tight but you can make it work. I will say this C5 has a little more leg room than the C6 but I did some research about it for my c6 and how to adjust the seat and its not so bad its just when I am shifting the first and second gears I have to move my leg toward the steering wheel. I know vipers have the lowering seat brackets and that has been brought up for the vettes but I don't the difference in seat designs and layouts. I guess if you did race seats that werent so deep and had less padding you would be golden.

Michael Jordan had his C5 modified to fit him confortably back in the 90s. Probably cost a pretty penny.

Did your friend test drive a vert? I'm 6'9" and fit in my 08 coupe ok although getting in and out is a little tricky. The day we bought it I tried getting into a vert and only made it about half way.

I'm 6'2" 180lbs and I fit with ease. This car has plenty of room.

I'm 6'4" and I fit fine. I just need to enter s-l-o-w-l-y. I have both tops, and I find that I have a bit more headroom with the clear one.
