Default trading c6 for nova need help asap

Hey guys im trading my 05 supercharged c6 for a 68 pro street nova even trade anyone know if its an even swap do you pay any kind of tax or do we sell the cars to each other for $1.00 I live in new jersey he is a forum member from mississippi making trade on saturday thanks

No sales tax on transactions between private individuals..
You will pay tag fees etc when the vehicles are registered.. If you sell them for 1.00 each,, it would be 7 cents down here if you did pay..

New Jersey may be different.. Only place I have ever been where I could not pump my own gas..

thanks carguy i just got back from georgia last thursday lake lanier i may be your neighbor in a few years in nj if you drive a vette or a muscle car they will let you pump your own

I always pump my own... Vette or DD...

Then again, I'm on the state's 10 most wanted list too....

Watch out trying the $1 trick. In PA they can make you pay taxes on the book value of the car if you try something like that.
