MS DD with a little over 21,000 miles on it. I've been happy with NXT 2.0, but after reading so many great things about rejex I thought I'd give it a try. First I washed the car with Dawn and used a clay bar (had a lot of tar specks, esp on the rear). Next I pulled the wheels and gave them a good cleaning before applying the Rejex. With the car in the garage, I applyed the Rejex to the body and glass of the car and left it on for several hours before removing it. I Kept the car in the garage and out of direct light until the next day to allow the sealent to fully cure. After all of that I was a little let down with the results. The shine was about the same as the NXT 2.0, but did not feel quite as slick.
Well that was about 2 weeks ago. This morning I washed the car and I was amazed at how esay the bugs and dirt just slid right off the paint. The wheels were a breeze to clean as well. I'm sold on Rejex now. I can't wait to use it on my CRM GS when I get it.

Super results, like you I have been using NXT 2.0 and just recently applied Rejex. I was really pleased with the results, great shine and best of all Rejex is inexpensive and very simple to use. Put it on in a thin coat let it dry and wipe off. Your car look super, nice job.

The apparent lack of perceived shine could be because of the color of your car, maybe not. My Velocity Yellow pops with now about 4 coats of Rejex over a years time! I just use a spray detailer to keep it sparkling here in San Diego's mild climate. Bugs, what bugs...they almost never stick after going splat....
I also use Rejex on my ladies arrest-me-red Mercedes and that color is amazing with Rejex treatments....again, I just use a detailer to keep it always looking sharp. Both are daily drivers.

I am a Rejex reject also. Another forum member suggested topping the Rejex with a coat of Sovereign Pinnacle wax and all I can say is wow! A deep wet look is the end result.

Wow that is one clean C6 vette!!! I love when people take the time to keep things such as brake calipers, inside wheel barrells clean etc etc. It sets it apart from just your average wash and detail. Car looks great, infact I think you just prompted me to go take some pics of my machine silver vette and post pics :-)

RejeX on light colored cars. It doesn't quite shine like the other guys. But it lasts an eternity and is easy to clean grime.

I like Rejex, however with that being said I went the Menenzra route with there new sealer and it goes on thinner and protects the same, so what will I do with my Rejex I have left, I will use it on the Truck, oh your Vette looks sweet

correct. Optical clarity and the ability to layer... the more layers, the deeper and wetter the shine.. carnuba based protectants have poor optical clarity.. they do give a "rich" look, but do not bring out the true color and clarity of the paint that a polymer does.

Rejex here too. Topped with Pinnacle Souveran.

Why would anyone put a wax on top of Rejex, especially an absurdly expensive wax? Would this not tend to cloud up over time and also require stripping that wax prior to another coat of Rejex....is this guy trying to prevent RUST!!?? Just asking, not trying to cause a stir....I have not waxed any car I garage for nearly 20 years! Cars exposed to 24 hour outdoors, yes, those I wax...no!

Wow ... tough room! My Vette is a daily driver not a garage queen. No, I'm not trying to prevent rust, smart ***! How do you know what I paid for the wax or if I even did? Maybe it was a gift. And why do you care what I spend. I personally don't like the look of a polymer ... too much of a Saran Wrap look. I like the depth of a carnauba. No, it doesn't cloud up either.

If you want more shine do a second coat of Rejex as they recommend. Not only will it shine more and be slicker and even easier to clean, but the second coat will protect the first and you will be amazed that the bugs come off just as easily this fall as they do today.
