I just installed my Magnaflow exhaust today. I was a little concerned that it might be a little disappointing, based on some of the feedback I've seen here on the forum. There have been a few posts with folks complaining that they are too quiet.

When I started he car, I knew I had made the right decision. Very nice rumble at idle, sounded great going through the gears and (as an added bonus) a nice little burble when you let off the gas.

did you do the axle-back or the Cat-back with x pipe?

I agree. Installed mine last spring with the x-pipe and love the sound and the look

I have a 2008, which comes with an x-pipe. Mine is only the axle back.

I have them, and love th tips. and the sound, but Do wish for it to be louder. I am used to screaming cars. haha

I put on a used complete cat back system last year on my '06. The price was exceptionally low, the fit was fast and easy. No way I was going to lay out what Corsa and others charge for a new system, those are some stupidly high prices they charge. To me, the Magnaflow has the right sound, no drone and a nice yet growling note. Very suitable for a man in his 60's although some younger guys may prefer the "glass pack" sound, like from the 50's or 60's and others may like to say "that's a Corsa" system! ! To each his own.....
