Default Brake pad help

I've seen a few pics on this site of chrome backing plates that fit between the outer brake pad and the caliper.

Does anyone know where to buy them?

I am also looking for a part number for the proper Russell speed bleeders for my car. Specs in my signature.

Be careful of the Russell part numbers, I bought a set of them from a local speed shop, even though they had the "correct" part number it was wrong, I ordered them online from Speed Bleeder, got the right one and returned the Speed Shop set, the one they showed were too long and bottomed out without screwing in all the way. By the way I think that Speed Bleeder sells them to Russell and they repack them in their box. The Speed Bleeder parts were the sameprice as the Russell one.
