I could not a agree more. An Audi is the perfect compliment to a sports car if you live where it snows for 3-4 months a year. Quattro is your best friend on certain days in the midwest.

I'd rather take my A8 than my big F250 Diesel 4x4 pickup when the weather is bad. The Audi is safer, more predictable and far more comfortable.

The most fun you can have with one of these cars is doing 4 wheel poweslides in a vacant parking lot or a frozen lake like here:

better in the snow than this:

No snow here yet Stan, but a lot of rain yesterday and very windy today. Not looking forward to snow yet, really not at all. You guy's can keep it up there and I'll come and visit.

Nice Stan,

No snow here yet but I know it is coming. Never did get a chance to come up and visit our mutual friend this year. Maybe next summer.

I loved my Audi Q but recently bought a Lexus IS250-AWD for the wife to go along with my Ranger 4x4. Guess it is time to get the skiis out.

See Ya,
Bob

I'm glad I don't have to worry about snow. I drove my vette this morning to work and while I was working it was pouring rain, so I came back to a soaked vette and had to drive home in the rain. Driving a vette in rain is easy to do but from videos of vettes trying to drive in the snow, driving a vette in snow is real hard to do. You made a good choice.

Stan, The white stuff is nice to see. I would not want to leave in a area of the country where winters get like that often..
