I do! And I never enjoyed washing other cars. It is just the Vette. How about you?

I do also. I will admit though, I've let it go a little longer than normal without washing here of late, so that I could get a bigger thrill when it's done.

Washing the Corvette gives me an opportunity to inspect every square inch of it. The body lines are like a sculpture just waiting to be enjoyed up close. There is nothing like a clean sparkling Corvette.

Yes
The answer is 'YES'. I suspect it has something to do with the height, and size. It is easy to reach the entire car. I can't reach the roof on my TBSS or Yukon, so a lot of time the roof doesn't get washed.
Oh and there is that other thing, It's a great car and I love to wash it.
I can remember washing my mom's 56 Ford Victoria when I first started driving. With the kids I ran around with in the 50's it was something we all did. You never were seen in a dirty car, wasn't cool.

I forgot
Just think out there in Sunny CA. Everytime you wash your beauty you are likely using melted snow from the Rockies. Just like making Coors beer, Right.

But I still rather "Look" at it than wash it...

Yes and No! Why the confusion. Well, I like it to be clean, I also like to drive it and that conflicts with the clean issue. Drive, wash, drive, wash. Weekly is okay but only taking her out once a week is not always how the driving schedule works out so then I'm washing it twice or 3 times a week. Gets to be like doing dishes in the house. Sure does wash and dry faster then my F-550 crew cab. What a pig. Feels like I'm washing a white aircraft carrier compared to the Vette.
But it feels so good to have the car all washed dried and detailed when she's backed into the garage to await the next driving adventure. Sad that it's time to put her away till spring. Won't be long before the roads are icy and the landscape is white for months.

I like to pull it out of the garage, wash it, and dry it so all of my neighbors can drive by and try to figure out what it is. They drive by real slow and stare. Had a guy the other day stop and ask me about the 12 cylinders and was it fast. He then said, "What is it, a Viper"?

Cheap thrills, but I live out in the sticks and prefer washing it at one of those self-serve washes in the city, where all the kids stare agape like I'd arrived in an aircraft carrier.
