Default Wow, actually a tastefully done corvette conversion

Possibly the best full-body conversion on a vette I have ever seen. Sorry, I'm a bit lazy to cut and host the images.
See it here.

It looks ridiculous. They will take a bath on the sale of that car.

I do like the seats though.

Hell I live only 20 min drive from there.. I'm going to go look at it.. and see if it looks like a $165,000 car...

From looking at the add, it seems to have stock running motor, but it says 600 hp below it.. ??

If I can get there later in the week I'll check it out...

Sorry, I just read all the way down.. it does have a lot of engine work (supercharged) etc...

I love the interior (I have the same steering wheel!)........but $165K for that car? Not even if they threw in that sad faced model -- the least she could do is to look happy she's there! Other than the interior, I could do without any of the other changes.

Wow #1 of 300....I wonder if #2 was ever built? A 'collector' Corvette C6 for only $165,000.

Honestly I just don't get these conversions, no matter how tasteful they may be. What was wrong with it being a Corvette?

The interior is the only part that got my attention.

I wouldn't want it if it were $5,000.

With that, but I disagree with the others.

I think it looks pretty good.

Just another fool that thought they could mod a vette and not depreciate the car. He'll never sell that thing for more than a regular vette.

Oh.. and the funniest part... they say they will convert your own corvette into this trash for only $70,000 not including the price of the donor car.

This wretched thing just proves again how hard it it to improve on the original and how good Tom Peters and the C6 design team are.
