Having read about different issues for the C6, reversing the paddleshift up and downshift wires was one suggestion to improve the C6.
A cosmetic change that I would like to see in future models is to make the side mirrors more aerodynamic by blending them into the door skins, so they don't stick out as much. It's not that the mirrors are ugly, but their appearance could be improved somewhat IMO.
Of course, the most talked about change, based on most car reviewers would be to improve the interior, with better seats, and improve of the so called plastic look.
What are some others changes, either cosmetic or mechanical that you would like to see in future models?

Corvettes are supposed to be plastic.

The number one thing I'd like changed is the length of the doors. The Corvette does not have a back seat, so there is absolutely no reason for the doors to be so long. It makes it very difficult to enter and exit the car in a parking lot.

Or at least they could make the window controls live all the time so I could lower the window while struggling to get into the car without the long door banging into the car parked next to mine.

The number two thing I'd like to see changed is the lack of a rain gutter to keep water from peeing a stream on the driver's leg when the door is opened or the window let down when raining. Aggravates the fire out of me at fast food or bank drive through windows.

Ohhhhhhhh, the lack of rain gutters....that a pet peeve of mine as well, but according to most on here, we are not supposed to drive in the rain

Seats with pass through holes in the backs for 5 or 6 point harness belts. At least in the Z06 and Zr1's. OR at the very least make this an option...

These pass through slots are required when using a harness system in these cars...
It's really strange to me that we even had this on the C5's but no longer on the C6??????????????

The material that the door panels and dash are made from. They scuff easy and the white film that always crops up is annoying.

My only complaint is that I wish that somehow they could make the console a little deeper and put a padded cover on the console. Plus, why do they make the glove box smaller than the user manual ? You would think that the folks that can engineer a car like the Corvette could get a little more room in there.

Things I'd like to see improved on my C6:
1) no more top creaking.
2) a non-Bose radio or no radio option
3) more factory options (not aftermarket GM parts) on parts like door handles, spoilers, wheels.
4) better quality interior parts
5) NPP with M2W option built in.

Better adjustable seats like the Tahoe
Seperate paddle shifters -one for up and one for down
Better insulation front and trunk (verts)
Less noisy tires

These changes would just make a great car even better - IMHO

GM's GPS is a joke and needs to be more user friendly. Having to stop to program it is ridiculous even if your passenger does it. The Garmin I have for my truck is much better.

I would like to see a 'pull-down' latch for the trunk. Every time I close the lid I have to mircofiber the area off. I know it will mean extra weight. OR they could put the emblem back on top of the lid like it was in the C5s.

This would be my wishlist:

-Reconfigure the nav screen to display song title and artist when using XM.
-Backup Cam displayed on nav screen.
-Improve sound system…it’s weak.
-Power recline on seats.
-Separate controls for heated seat back and cushion.
-Cooled seats.
-Rainsense wipers.
-Some factory heat insulation under console.
-User adjustable shift light.

Seems like simple things to me:

1. Updated nav/audio system -- it's almost embarrassing compared to current units in other cars

2. New steering wheel -- something exclusive to the Vette doesn't seem like that tall an order

3. Better seats

4. Vented/AC seats
