Default Hello from an old member and dealer

Has been a while since I have posted here and thought I would see what is up in the Vette world. Not in the business any more, now selling Bar-B-Q Sauce to Grocery stores. Having a ball and have to say after 32 years selling cars I don't miss it at all. Anyone want any BBQ Sauce?

Hello Rick, You have always been a gentleman and an honest representative to the Corvette Forum. We are very glad to learn that you've landed on your feet and are prospering. We miss you around here so do check in from time to time. BYW, would that line of BBQ sauce include a little 'Jack'? lennyg

Rick, sorry I was so flippent on my comment above. You know it's a friday afternoon before a holiday weekend and I have been poppin a cold one. You know, the one to have when your having more than one.

I do know what it's like to make a mid life career change. It is very stressfull but hopefully, like me, yours' will be successfull too.

Selling Vettes will become more and more competitive as prices rise and demand falls off. The years of 30-40m units may be behind us. I hope not but msrp of 60 to 70K and sharply rising will begin to erode demand IMO.

While I never had the opportunity to meet you, as I recently got the itch to get back into a vette after a 47 yr layoff, I wish you the best.

BB sauce, in the South? Geez what will they think of next. Sorry just "ribbin" you. Couldn't help it

At the risk of seeming to advertise it is Williamson Bros. BBQ Sauce.

A local brand here in Atlanta but if I have anything to do with it everyone will know about it soon.
