Default Simichrome polishing on a Friday nite

Had a free evening so decided to spend it polishing up my Corsa Sports with Pipedreams (Ed) and SonofDreams' (Eric) Simichrome metal polishing kit . I had never cleaned them in the 2 1/2 years I've had my car. I am almost modded out of things I can do to my car and was looking for something to make a visual impact. I really don't know why I hadn't thought of polishing the tips before, but after looking at others' pics on the Forum, I thought it would be a fun project. I must admit, the tips were nasty, and it was more work than I imagined, but the results were great. I'd like to send out props to Ed and Eric on a great kit with excellent easy-to-understand directions. They pulled no punches, stating that "effort=results" and they were right. I'd encourage anyone looking to spend a little "one on one" with their car to buy that kit and enjoy the impact it will make on the look of their car. Thanks guys.

Simichrome is the best polish out there. I simply have not found anything better, and trust me I have looked.
Dri-Wash-N-Guard has a metal polish that comes in a distant second.
I traded it for Zaino from a DWNG dealer.... thought that was interesting....

thanks for the post Simichrome is the best out and just the ability (as shown in the pictures) to wipe them clean after 30days proves the point
