I have talked with my manufacturer and hopefully we will have something soon. As soon as they get me info on it. I will post it on the forum for all to see. Keep an eye out.

Default Exhaust Filler Panel For Callaway DD exhaust?

Does anyone make a reasonably priced filler panel for the Callaway double D Exhaust? I know that they did have one for the C5 vette but I am looking for one for the C6.

For our Double-D exhaust, we offer an optional exhaust tip surround panel. Originally debuting on the Callaway C16 Speedster, so many of our customers raved over the looks, we began to offer the panel as an option, late last year

Please call 860 434 9002 with questions - or to order.

Here are a few pictures:

Thanks Chris, I really like the look of that exhaust tip surround pannel! It really compliments the exhaust. If the price is reasonable I will be ordering it along with the Double-D exhaust.

I called Callaway today and unfortunately the exhaust filler panel/slats that Chris mentioned are priced at about 60% of the cost of the entire exhaust!!!!!!!! That was a deal breaker for me. The Callaway exhaust really doesn't look right to me without something to fill in the huge expanse left on the sides and the cost of the slats is really disproportionate. To put it in perspective, it would be like paying $30,000 for the wheels on a $50,000 Corvette. It just doesn't make sense.

Does anyone know if there are matte black exhaust screen panels for 09 stock NPP exhaust tips available? Or would I just have to by one and have it powder coated?

I think powder coating is the best way to go.

We are looking for a donor car with the C6 Corsa 4.0 exhaust.
If you have the C6 Corsa 4.0 exhaust, and are located somewhere in the West Central part of Florida. Please let me know.

If you are willing to lend us your Corvette to make a templete.
(We would have your car at least 1 day.)
Once the product is made, We will provide and install the exhaust filler panel to the donor Corvette free of charge. In return, we would like to take photo's of the installed part.

If you are interested let me know.

I'd be interested to see some pictures of the filler panel on a car at some different angles. Wider shots and some with the whole rear end would be nice.

Matte black mesh would look really nice tcphoto. Nice idea.
