GM gave me new tires!
The majority opinion regarding dealership service (there's an oxymoron) usually leans towards cynicism and despair on the Corvette Forum. I've had my share of bad service in the past, so imagine my surprise when my local GM dealership actually gave me 4 brand new tires after I pointed out that my current Goodyears were not exactly aging gracefully. See my earlier post on this:

Within a week I had four brand new tires, and my car and wheels have not suffered in the process. They took the wheels off at the dealership (properly lifted on the pucks), had the tires mounted at the local Discount tire, mounted the wheels again. Not a scratch. Properly balanced too. TPMS still working.
I could complain about the fact that I'm still stuck with the not exactly best-in-class Goodyear OEM Runflats, but that's fairly minor if you consider that I just got $1300 worth of new tires for free after having driven my old ones for almost 8000 miles.
Interestingly enough the new ones are much, much quieter and have better traction. All in all kudos for the way this dealership (Merit Chevrolet in St Paul) resolved the issue.

Awesome!
Although I suspect that Goodyear/GM did this because they would much rather spend $1,300 on a set of new tires than be looking at a lawsuit when you have a blowout at speed because of clearly defective tires.
Or, maybe this is how the new GM treats it customers?

wonder if the dealer called goodyear and got them free from them? The net for you is the same, I had a tire issue and goodyear hotline was all over helping me out

I congratulate you!
Sounds like the dealer really went to bat for you and I also hope the dealer got these for you in exchange for the old ones from GY so they didn't take a loss!

I have the exact scenario with my OEM tires that are cracked. How did you approach GM with your issue. What did you say to them when you took your car in ?
Thnx for any help. GY is giving me the run around on this.

Kudo's to your dealer and GY for taking care of a potential accident waiting to happen.
Did you take any photo's of the defective tires that you can show us??
Finding all four tires defective is scary. To me that would indicate a much BIGGER production issue affecting hundreds of tires from the same production run.
I'm sure we'd all like to see what was wrong with your tires.

Free Tires for Life of Vehicle
My dealer put this in the package on my 2005, 'Free Tires for Life of Vehicle', was positive there would be a catch when the time came like not rotated (wow!) or serviced regularly. Only stipulation was getting all the service done there. Got to over 20K and three years (mostly highway driving). Had had the oil changed at the dealership 3 times and brought in my own Mobil 1 and GM Gold filters. Cost me about $20 per oil change. No BS at all, they ordered them, had them the next day, installed for the cost of stems and moving the tire sensors, total cost $59.80. Note these were F1 GS Supercar tires for a Z51, therefore, about $1.5K installed, retail. I also checked the manufacture’s stamp on the tires and every one was only 1 month old (you don't want old GY EMTs).
Dealer is where I got the 2010 Grand Sport Yesterday:
Friendly Chevrolet
Dallas, Texas
