Arctic White C6 w/Black Spiders! (pics)
No more chrome Z06 wheels. Love the new look. Painted my brake calipers black too.

Still don't understand how anyone could think that looks good. But beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

You "old schoolers" are crazy. That vette looks HOTTT!! Although, a white sports car does look good with just about any color wheels, but if I had gone with white, it would look pretty much like the OP's. I even like the little purple stem cap.

Hi to Larry, Walt and all the black wheel haters! It's all good. I like chrome too but this is a look that just does it for me. BTW, I also ride a black-out Harley. I get it even more from those chrome-lovers!

Actually I love the look of the Spider wheels and think they are the best looking wheel out there. If they made them in forged polished aluminum, I'd buy them. For me, chrome is too over the top. And I've never had a good experience with chrome wheels.
I'm sure I qualify as an "old schooler" but that doesn't make us old timers crazy. Because the wheels are black against black tires against black wheel wells, you just can't see them.
I agree that they look worse in pictures than real life. But they still disappear in real life too.
Let me show off my new wheels, unfortunately you can't see them unless I shine my flashlight on them.

Chrome wheels put too much attention to the wheels. Black brings all the attention to the body styling. That's IMO and I'm stickin to it. Plus I liike the racy look!!!

Just finish it off with some black headlight assemblies and a black roof / halo. Then if you have the nerve, a black tail wrapping forward into the lower rocker panels. Don't stop now! Looks good!
