Default Service tire monitor

My C6 has only 50K miles on it. I got the message above...check it on the DIC and it show XX on the right front tire.

Do i need to buy a brand new TPMS...or is there a battery that i can replace?

How hard is it to replace it at home...after deflating the tire?

how and where can get it re-program?

If your sensor has failed you need a new one. There is a battery but it is not user serviceable. You will NOT be able to do this at home. The stiff walls of the runflat tire can support the entire weight of the car with zero air pressure. I'm pretty sure that you won't be able to deflect the sidewall enough to break the bead. Get a new sensor from a dealer or discount parts house and find a local tire shop. It will take them about 30 minutes to swap the sensor and relearn.
