06 vette export to canada questions
I have a friend who sold an 06 vette to a canadian buyer. Do the bumper shocks need to be changed for this year? Are there any other changes needed?

They will have to have the vehicle inspected at a licensed facility and the front and rear bumper foam replaced. It's stupid (and costly) but is required in Ontario anyway. Also needs a customs sticker on the door jamb.

no they do not have to change the foam behind the front bumper and rear any more canada has the same bumper standers it changed sometime in 2008 i was watching it because i wanted to buy a 08 now there is no problem with any of the years of corvette to come in to canada
