It is sad what the UAW along with greedy execs, and government with taxes and regulation have done to the domestic auto industry.

We'll end up like Cuba......., keeping our cars running (with chewing gum and string) for decades because there's no alternatives. Ok....., "Duck Tape and Zip ties" but you get the point !!

Great point. Chavez just told Castro they are more conservative then Obama. Funny and at the same time very scary.

Well said. Our last 2 Tahoes and my '08 Silverado are awesome vehicles. They are like driving big - powerful Cadillacs. I have to laugh every time someone comes on here and says the only Chevy they will own is a Corvette - and their Toyota trucks are the cats *** (the ones that broke in half) .....

Absolutely I will continue to buy Corvettes.... and Dodge Trucks.
They will still be made by the same people (though less) than they were made before. Funny thing about these "protesters", they bought the same products before.... as far as I am concerned they are welcome to boycott whatever they want... perhaps they can buy more tea bags instead of great built and fun Corvettes!
Eventually we will be through this crisis just like we (and Corvette) survived the first Oil Crisis of the 70's...
