On my new to me '05 convertible, the owners manual states that one should lower the trunk enough for the power pull down to take it from there. Doesn't happen. Can't seem to find any fuses marked for power pull down. Anyone have any suggestions/ideas on where to look for a possible fuse problem let alone a electrical problem with the pull down motor?

I didn't think the trunk lid on a vert had a pwr assist pull down.

My 05 coupe had a power pull down. I don't know if the 05 vert had one or not? Any vert guys out there with a pwr pull down on the trunk lid?

Power pull down is on coupes only.

I think you may have the instructions for the coupe mixed up with the vert. The vert trunk is a manual close.

No, mine does not have it and it is a 05 Very. You have to slam it firmly for it to close.

I had an 05 vert ~ no power pull-down available. Your best bet, just ease the trunk lid down, apply firm pressure on the edge of the trunk lid, next to the latch area and push down.

That has not changed over the model years. I don't believe any of the verts have the pull down.
My '09 vert does not have it either.

I know the ZR1 has this option, I have a 05 Vert and mine does not have that option

Just right-click on my avatar, select "copy". Open up the MS Paint program that comes with virtually every PC, go to "edit" in the toolbar and select "paste". Select "view" from the toolbar, scroll down to "zoom", select "large size". Now use the MS Paint toolbars to color, add or subtract anything you like to the drawing. It's really pretty easy once you get the hang of it. When done, select "file", scroll down to "save as", and give your new avatar a name. If you have any problems, drop me a line.
