Default New Great Looking Real Carbon Fiber Hoodliner!!!! (Pictures Inside)

Hello,

We just finished a Real Carbon Fiber hoodliner for a C6. The hoodliner was laminated from the original part. We really like the looks of it specially out in the sunlight. The flag on the car was also painted with the stock colors except for the black. Since this is real carbon fiber lamination it adds weight to the original hoodliner, the total weight is 10 lbs. This process is extremely labor intensive, it takes us around 30 + man hours to get the finished product. The hoodliner can be done without the painted emblem or painted in any color. The price for the nonpainted is going to be $1499.00 plus shipping, add another $75.00 for the painting. This item is going to be an oversized item for shipping. Here are the first pictures. It is available with or without the engine light. It takes around 4-6 weeks to ship.

Looks just ok. $1500 and adds 10 lbs to your car? I think the lack of responses to your post is a good indication of just how many you might sell.

For a show car, that would be sick. For anything else, ouch.

Looks just O.k.?? Dude can you see?? That's gorgeous! I love carbon fiber but don't think I would spend that kind of money for it. Where is NIKKA on this one?

Your DSV logo kind of botches up your photos.

Personally, I wouldn't buy one - extra weight for something that's purely cosmetic, and at that price... doesn't fit into my plans for my money. But that doesn't take away from the workmanship on this liner. It's absolutely gorgeous, and the workmanship looks to be (as usual) top notch.

I wish I could get my logo to look as nice as that!

If only I had the money to buy stuff like this, and one extra Vette just to put the cool looking things on.

Looks great for the show car crowd but have to say a bit much $$$ for the average Vette owner IMHO.

Looks great!

Are the round push tabs that hold the liner to the hood that go through the holes in the liner going to be done in carbon fiber also?
